Shipping Policies

     Your order will be shipped via UPS GROUND the next business day as long as we receive it before 8:00 PM EST. Delivery is normally in 5-7 business days after the day that it is shipped. Business days do not include weekends. The cost is approximately $7 for one field hockey stick, and it depends upon the weight of your order. For faster delivery and an additional charge, you may select from these options: UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day P.M., and UPS Next Day A.M.

Return Policy

     If the turf shoes do not fit or if you are not happy with the turf shoes, you may return or exchange your turf shoes within 15 days of the purchase date. Be sure that the turf shoes have not been worn outside or otherwise damaged. The turf shoes must be in as-new condition, and the turf shoes must also be returned in the original box. Shipping costs will not be refunded on the original pair of turf shoes, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the original pair of shoes. The customer will also pay the shipping costs on the replacement pair of turf shoes.
     If you are not happy with a field hockey stick, you may return or exchange it. However, there is a restock fee of 20% if you exchange or return a field hockey stick after 30 days. The field hockey stick must be in as-new condition, and the field hockey stick must also be returned in the original wrappers. Shipping costs will not be refunded on the original field hockey stick, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the original field hockey stick. The customer will also pay the shipping costs on the replacement field hockey stick.  (Note: You may not return or exchange a field hockey stick that has been custom-shortened.) 
     If you decide to return or exchange your turf shoes or field hockey stick, you must include a copy of the sales receipt (if you have it).  Please indicate the reasons for your return and wrap the package securely. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If the package is not received, then you will have proof that the item was mailed. If you do not have the sales receipt, be sure to include the name and address used on the order.
     If you decide to return your turf shoes or field hockey stick, we will mail a check to you as soon as we receive the item.  The check will be for the amount of the sale minus the original cost of shipping it to you.

Warranty Policy

     Defective workmanship may occur sometimes, although it usually does not occur often. The warranty term for turf shoes is 30 days from the purchase date. Wear and tear due to a drag move is not included in the warranty. The warranty term for field hockey sticks is 3 months from the purchase date. Please keep a copy of the sales receipt for verification. Dita will repair of replace your field hockey stick if it is broken during the normal course of play within the warranty term. Examples included in the warranty are a handle or shaft that is in two pieces, or a field hockey stick in which the head or a large portion of the head has detached. In general, superficial and cosmetic damage that are the result of routine play are not included in the warranty. Examples of cosmetic damage that do not affect the play of the stick are chips, scratches, nicks, "invisible cracks", vibrations, unraveling grips, cracks or flaking of the label, worn stick heel, or any results of normal use.

     To claim a warranty issue, take a digital image that illustrates the problem. Email the image, as a .jpg file attachment, and a description of the problem, along with information about the original order (your last name, or order number, or date of purchase) to:

Hints for Taking Digital Image:
Avoid the use of camera phones.
Be sure your digital camera is in close up mode.
Switch off the flash because it will obscure details.
Look at the image before you email it.

Payment Methods

     You may place your order online with a credit card. We are pleased to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DINERS CLUB. If you don't want to use a credit card or order online, there are easy options. You may place an order over the telephone, or you may use the mail to place an order or pay by check. Sales Tax

     Only for customers residing within the state of New York, we will be adding the applicable New York State Sales Tax.

Backorder Policy

     Items may not be backordered.
